Shipping Policy

Orders over $xx qualify for FREE SHIPPING. Orders under $xx qualify for our $7.99 Flat Rate Shipping option. Flat Rate Shipping of $7.99 is available for most orders*, regardless of the order total. Products that are eligible will have the flat rate shipping image displayed on their product page. In-Stock orders usually ship within one business day. Once shipped, transit times will be between 1-5 days. Flat rate shipping is ONLY available in the contiguous United States (sorry Alaska and Hawaii). No shipments or deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. We are not responsible for delays in shipping due to weather, mechanical failures, typographical and/or transcribing errors, and other factors beyond our control. 

International Shipping

At this time, we are NOT accepting shipments outside of the United States. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact us for international shipments.

Return Policy

Orders Placed Through A Retailer

If you have purchased through a retailer, please contact the retailer directly for your return and follow their specific guidelines. We are unable to process returns on behalf of our retailers.

30 DAY NO HASSLE POLICY
If you have purchased through our Blichmann Engineering™ website, we accept returns for unused items within the first 30 days from the original shipped date (less shipping charges). Returned items must be unused or a 15% restocking fee may be charged, this includes any item that has been disassembled.

You may return it for a prompt merchandise exchange, credit, or refund within 30 days of receiving your order as long as all merchandise is returned in new condition (unused and in original factory condition), with all original boxes (including all packaging materials), documentation, instructions, and accessories. You may be asked to provide photos during this process.

All returns and refunds are subject to our inspection and approval. We reserve the right to deny a full refund of the purchase if the product is not returned properly as mentioned above. Any damaged products or missing items will be deducted from the refund. Personalized and custom items, and shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. It is important to save all packaging and not destroy boxes in case of a return.

During checkout, we offer a signature for delivery option. We are not responsible for theft of packages.

In the event of an incorrect or damaged item, iGulu will replace the item and bear responsibility for the cost of shipping. See more details in the paragraph below. Inspect your order immediately. If any damage or missing parts, we must be notified within 7 days of receiving the item.

NEVER return defective or damaged items without contacting us first and requesting a Return Order (RO). To obtain an RO, get warranty support, or to report shipping damage, please contact us by filling out the Product Return Form.

Who Pay the Return Fee?

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless we have made an error in shipment or an item arrives damaged or defective. In the event of a shipment error or a damaged/defective item, iGulu will be responsible for the cost of ground shipping only within the contiguous 48 states, and only for returns made within 7 days of the shipped date.

Warranty Issues

We have a one year warranty against manufacturing defects on all of our products. Certain products have longer warranties. Please see the item product manual for the specific warranty for that item. If you have a defective product, we apologize for the inconvenience. We want to get it fixed for you as quickly as possible!  Please fill out the form below and we will get back to you within 1 business day. iGulu will be responsible for the cost of ground shipping only within the contiguous 48 states.
